man, I haven't sketched on a wacom in years! I did this quickie of the Doctor on the cintiq at work to try to get warmed up. I like that the back of the pen/stylus has an eraser. I wish I could figure out how to change the smoothness of the eraser though. hmm....

In other news, I found Rose's jacket from "The Idiot's Lantern" episode for sale and won it! HURRAY! Now my Rose costume will be more accurate! (She wears clothes from various UK clothing brands, this is one of them...)
I'm having a lot of fun with this. It's really amusing to have a piece of "normal" (if a bit trendy) clothing, which I can wear everyday... but reminds me of happy things since it was actually worn on a show I like.

With the smoothness of the eraser, there is probably a window with the brushes, right? And when you click on the eraser it shows something like this:

Transparency on

This is with transparency on. It makes it fuzzy, and I circled where I pressed harder because the tablet is pressure sensitive.

Disabled transparency

With this one you can see I've disabled the transparency and the gradient buttons. It makes it smooth as I've pointed out.

My boyfriend has harped on me about this all the time because I'm using open canvas, and when we draw, my fuzzy eraser would slow him down massively. Hope this helps!

(Woah, sorry about the image showing up, I didn't want it to and it did anyway!)

I'm using Toon Boom storyboard program though... I don't think it has the same options. In fact, the settings for the drawing pencil and the eraser seem to be identical (but the pencil is soft.)
