Sunday I slept in a bit, somehow found my wig and got dressed up as Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty). Met up with Jason's group again and got some photos with Jesse! Yay! I think this was my first time shooting with her actually. It was fun and laid back. One little girl came up to me, gave me a dandelion and sat down next to me and started holding my hand. OH MY GOSH YOU GUYS. SO CUTE. I died of cuteness.

You've already seen this shot, but I'm going to post it again since I don't have more pics yet. :D

It was really nice to get some photos of Sleeping Beauty. I'd made it last year for Dragoncon because (a) Judy, AJ and Cheryll made Good Fairy costumes and they asked me to... and (b) I love sparkly things and princesses.

Afterwards I found Ali, Ash and Annie and company on the peninsula and we sat and ate things.

eventually I got tired of being in costume and just wanted to relax so Ali and Ash helped me get changed... but in order to make it to the restroom to change we had to walk through the children's playground. Which meant a pretty large number of little girls following me around and wanting to talk to me. AWWW!!! It was pretty adorable. Most of them were super sweet.

Lenity didn't know it was me,... but snapped a pic of me from far off. :D

This one little girl came up behind me and said "Sleeping Beauty?" and so I turned around to face her and she got this expression of " >:( " on her face. HAHAH! OH MAN! And she said "You're not sleeping beauty" like she was so dissappointed! I'm not sure what she was expecting, perhaps she was used to the face of the face-character at Disneyland or something? Or maybe I'm REALLY SCARY. haha. I don't know. Annie got a shot of her walking away from me. Dude. look at her face. Poor kid. It was so funny though.

After changing out we just walked around, hung out and took sakura photos.

When I eventually went back to my car, apparently some kids had decided to dirt bomb my car. They left dirt all over it... and hand prints all over. :\ I'd just washed my car! oy! (none of the other cars around me got it! What, my car is cute so put dirt on it?) Ah, well.
