The Princess and the Frog - Lindy Hop
Dec. 14th, 2009 09:09 pmDay 14 December Advent Arts!
~ ~ FAVE ON DA

Prince Naveen and Tiana from Disney's The Princess and the Frog. (Lindy Hop anyone?) (BTW, Tiana's knees are up since she's hoping, reducing her skirt size.)
Drawn in pencil, the background silhouette in sharpie. Colored in Photoshop. I'd like to have colored the linework, but I just couldn't find an efficient way to do it. And I be tired.

Date: 2009-12-15 08:45 pm (UTC)Also, you can use a layer mask with the original linework to color them in. It works kind of like frisket but in photoshop.
http://www.high5art.com/linework_tute.htm Hope that helps, and that I'm not being redundant in telling you something already know :(

Date: 2009-12-15 09:54 pm (UTC)... so my main concern was loosing the greys, which is what frustrates me about it... but I guess if I scan high enough DPI and then set to max contrast (and delete the white), then that would be ok.
