I'm back in California! I had a great relaxing trip... but I'm super beat from the flight and time change.

I'll be at Fanime this weekend (I'll be doing some cosplay panels with some of my HCC girls on Sunday) and then right after that I'm moving. Life keeps goin, huh?

Someone sent me this while I was away... awww, I love this photo! This is me as Rose Tyler, Mitch as the Doctor and Christopher as the Doctor (Doctor Who) at ComicCon San Diego this past year. (I have the "authentic" jacket now, but I didn't back then...)

Yea Fanime! I don't know if you remember but I was that girl from the Artist Alley last year who asked for a photo w/ you (which I still need to send to you haha). Boy, Fanime drives me crazy--basically all of my Bay Area friends who are over 16 are going to the other two big Bay Area conventions. I don't know why they moved it to Memorial Day so it would go head-to-head against these two other cons, skewing the demographic younger. But I'm going anyway. If I had TIME today I would go buy your book so I could get you to sign it (I think the two Japanese girls I'm tutoring would love it) but I don't think that's going to happen--my friend is coming up from LA to take photos (Ejen--he'll be outside, I suppose you may run into him!) and I'm in a panic cleaning. Uh. Anyway, good luck with the panels, and moving (!), and if I run into you, I will *try* not to alarm you. D:
