If you don't mind a splurge, Mimobots (http://www.mimoco.com) are cute? They popped up in Wired not too long ago, I think. If you need something bigger, my external hard-drive, a... WD Passport, I think?? Is really really portable- and it's cotton candy pink. :D
Ahahha, I love mine! It's nice and big (storage-wise, I mean) without being bulky, and doesn't need a power supply.
PROTECT them though. Mine did just fine in my bag just floating around for a while, getting jostled. I was worried, but it seemed fine. And one day, it stopped working. Thankfully the warranty was good, and I had the files backed up, but do invest in a case for it. :D
I love my pink drive! Keeps people from mixing it up, too. It's especially amusing if I MATCH my hard-drive that day... Which I usually do.
It's a pretty good bargain, too. I can shove all sorts of things on there. Right now I have all of my anime on there, my high-res comic pages for class and work, and other junk I hve to tote around, and it's barely got a dent. Pretty awesome.
Office Depot (I don't know if you have those over there...) has 2gb thumb drives that look like children's toys called "Kookies". I think they're kind of ugly and would also recommend concocting your own. Right now, I'm working on putting a usb flash drive in a hollowed-out victorian pocket watch...its gonna be so Firefly!
My SanDisk U3 Titanium USB stick is awesome -- while not cute, per se, it's silver and lights up blue when plugged in, which is why it has been nicknamed the Sonic Screwdriver. :)
Rawr! XD Yeah, and the X'mas ones too... so cute. The only thing holding me back is thinking that it'd still be easiest to pack something flatter into a pocket or bag. But it'd be perfect for keeping on your desk at the office, etc...
yeah, I really need one for the office, that's the driving force. and I really just need one and I'll use it for a long time, so it better be CUTE DAMMIT
Do a custom one of your own, by getting a USB drive that is rectangular or cylindrical, then printing your own artwork onto a sticker that covers the USB drive!
Wow. I didn't even *know* there were "cute" USB sticks out there! Thanks for an idea I can use for giveaways at work for different events like Red Dress Day or Mammography Month. My bosses will be so impressed with me. Thanks for making me look good! (Proof that time playing around on the internet at work isn't wasted!!!! LOL.)

you could then print your own design onto sticker paper, then put it on the USB drive. It would be best to take a small piece of paper, try wrapping it around the USB drive, and mark it to show what part of the paper is on the front, etc. Then flatten out the paper and measure it, and Photoshop some graphics to fit that size/shape. Print it onto normal paper, cut it out, and make sure it fits the way you want it to. Then, if satisfied, print it onto sticker paper like this stuff:

and apply it to your USB drive.
