I've always been appreciative of Mr. Eccleston before, but for some reason his Doctor never really 'clicked' with me - I just found him to be too dark and volatile at times - too chaotic. Ten is very lovable though, without losing his dark, godly, edginess. :)

Are you watching along with us in the UK? The last two-part we just had ('Silence in the Library'/'Forest of the Dead') was right up there with 'Blink' and 'The Family of Blood' I think. I feel cautiously optimistic now that Stevan Moffat is taking over from RTD...

(Oh, have you seen the 1996 made for TV movie, with Paul McGann as the Doctor? I had big issues with a lot of it at the time, but I have such a soft spot for Eight - maybe because his 'youth' and vulnerability reminded me of 'my' Doctor, Five.)

yes, I'm watching along with the UK airings. I really really LOVE the Silence in the Library two parter, I'm very happy about Moffat taking over. :)
