pancakes and swords

so my friend Derek made me a sword for my Medicine Seller costume! Isn't it AWESOME? I just need to paint it, add the hair and the jewels! XD! It's SO COOL.




Derek and Crisso came over today to hang out, watch movies and attempt to make chocolate imagawayaki. I'd had this press for them for probably a year (got it at the dollar store) but hadn't tried it yet. Basically, poured some pancake dough in, put two mini-chocolate bars in, and then covered it with more dough, and then closed the press. They didn't turn out bad at all! Though, my frog pancake completely failed. It doesn't have a "top" part to the pan, so I'm unsure on how to flip it and get both sides cooked? (maybe you cook it in a separate pan to flip it?) haha. It looks so sad and burnt! XD (Mitch still totally ate the burnt frog though)

I got my order from Strapya in. I got a baby cactus-in-a-bottle. I wonder how long I can keep it alive? It says 6 months inside, if you are careful.
