aimeekittyMy book, Japan Ai: A tall girl's adventures in Japan, is coming out this December from Go! Comi ( http://gocomi.com/ )
Part of the book is about going to Tokyo and shopping for clothes and yes... random goods from our favorite anime. (we bought Bleach shotglasses among other things...) One of our favorite places was Animate, which is a very tall building filled with manga, fan-produced manga, jewelry and kitsch from your favorite manga/anime, gashapon and tons of other very silly but apparently needed things. :)
This is one of the images that was made into postcards to hand out at Anime Expo and Comic-Con this year.
