you can find preset layout codes pretty much everywhere, it just takes a quick google search for myspace layouts. you take the code, then paste it anywhere. i have my layout code in the box for movies on my profile information(doesnt matter since it's code and wont show up as a jumble of numbers).

as far as blocking users, i havent had to before, but i think you can just go to their profile and click on "block user" in the box below their picture.
