I'm 177 lbs.

ROCK.
you know, I think I can handle this. occaisionally I can have chocolate and some carbs... but as long as overall I eat "good" and I do cardio MOST days, I loose weight.

Not that I really know you or anything but I've recently had this discussion with a friend...basically the actual number of your weight is less important than most people think. I know several people that completely obsess about HOW MUCH they weigh when they're absolutely gorgeous! It really doesn't matter how much you weigh if you look good. And in that is something else entirely...people often have differin opinions of what is good looking and in my personal opinion I would rather a girl have some (for lack of a better phrase) meat on her bones and just be a twig. But then again, that's just me.

...That's supposed to say "THAN just be a twig." Sorry.

yes, but I am currently overweight. I'm not trying to be stick thin, but I'd prefer to be in better shape. my # (lbs) helps encourage me to keep exercising and eating good.

I can't remember if I mentioned this or not, but one of my guy friends lost 50 pounds playing DDR.

I would totally endorse/second that. However, I can't play DDR with as much abandon as I used to, because the downstairs neighbors bitch about it too much :(
