I don't know what anime / movie this is from, but I love it. The style you did her in, that 18'th / 19'th century look is so awesome because of the character, Sophie, in the book I'm reading again. It's called the Crimson petal and the white (really good book). Awesome :D

It's from the wonderful new film from Miyazaki (studio Ghibli) called "Howl's Moving Castle". ^_^
