Ignore her, folks: She's just pissed about a session in which she and I were in a party, and I died because she didn't cover my back, and I gave her crap as a result.
City of Heroes is by far the most fun MMORPG I've played as far as playstyle and especially in the ability to receive immense satisfaction from casual play. They essentially distilled the gameplay elements from previous MMORPGs down to the simplest forms and ran from there. There's no crafting, no inventory, and a wonderfully elaborate character creation/customisation system. They don't try to accomplish everything, and in doing seem to get right most of what they do attempt.
Of course, it's no Uru Live, but sometimes you have to settle for what didn't get canceled. :\
