Wow, that kicks bum! Nice look and navigation structure. I think you're well on your way to making it simpler for the visitors (and probably yourself). Are you going to have a coloured or patterned/textured background behind everything, where it's white now? That might be spiffy. Or I suppose you could put a big drawing behind there too, and change it whenever you feel like it. Lots of room for creativity! I absolutely love the menu, the way it works and looks. I really like the scrollbars too.

The About Me - About Me is kind of redundant. Maybe name the section something else? Like About Me - Bio or About Me - General Info. Also, you could put BatB and Gargs under Fanart, and have three sections under Fanart (like the way you have the individual sections under your films, Fanart could branch off to General, BatB, and Gargoyles). Those are the only two things that stood out to me for navigation, though. I'm really looking forward to seeing your new site all finished! :)

YEAY!! thankyou Taeha! I implemented some of the changes you suggested.

Batb isnt fanart though, that's that fantasy comic I'm working on :)

I probably will have SOME kind of background, I'm just not sure yet. I thought of maybe doing a very 2-color style sketch for the BG that might be nice. I want to keep everything really simple ^_^

A two-color sketch for the background would be nice. One of the things I love about your current site is some of the drawing backgrounds - puuuuurdy.
