Sleeping Beauty and Sakura

Yay! I finally got some more pics of my Sleeping Beauty costume! I made this costume last summer, but I'd only gotten a few pics. I'll post more from this weekend later as I have time to edit and get photos from others. <3

Spring is really beautiful here! The summers are super hot, but spring is gorgeous. I live in the LA area. This park is in Van Nuys.

Yup, I made the crown, it's actually just craft foam with hot glue accents. :) I was in a hurry when I made it, I'd like to make a better one later.

this is gonna sound like a stupid question. But are those Sakura trees floral only? or do they actually produce cherries? And what kind are they, there beautiful.

They are ornamental cherry trees which means they seldom (usually dont) have any sort of fruit. I believe this type is prunus serrulata "pink cloud".
