We got a bunch of shelves from IKEA yesterday to house our book collection... and my piles of fabric... and we got that cute white trundle-daybed! Turns out you can use any standard twin mattress on it. That's pretty cool. My plan is to do the guest room kinda like this. But instead of wallpaper, one or two sakura-branch wall clings.

Youta, of course, is freaked out, but Mitch is staying home with him today to deal with some installations and deliveries, so that's helpful.

Before and After on the bathroom window. One day I want a real stained glass window here. But this vinyl cling for now will give the bathroom some privacy and I think it's pretty. :) You can see a small seam where I added more than one vinyl cling together,... but it's pretty decent. (from Home Depot, but you can get lots of similar ones online...)

and the box-covered beginnings of the sewing room. Eventually I want a pink sofa and/or a victorian one. But the youta-destroyed one is fine for now. :)
The paint color is "Valspar Fountain Mist!"

I love the stained glass, but I really love the paint color in your sewing room. <3 This is an odd question to ask but do you know which one it is?

I've seen those vinyl pieces in Home Depot in Canada as well when my fiance and I were looking for window treatment options. They really do create quite a neat effect without having to worry about curtains.

Looks like you have a nice space to do your sewing as well!

Love the stained glass^^ if you didn't say that it was vinyl, I wouldn't have known! Looks great!! (although the view outside is pretty good too XD)

And the room, I like how bright it is! Is that color mint or light greenish blue? I like it!

big squishy pinky has found his place in life! *_*

The window is neat! Didja ever see the "fake your own stained-glass window" kits? Draw up your own designs and make it uber-original

Sakura-branch wall clings sound pretty.

I'd want real stained glass window too. However the vinyl cling has a very similar effect.

What, you don't want people to see you naked coming out of your bathtub? Where's your sense of adventure and voyeurism?! lol j/k I'd put something up too, and that stained glass cling is fantastic!
