Went to Royal/T for Zippercut/BubblePunch Bosozoku event! :) I can't wait till Eron posts his photos. We were pretty silly. Jenny, TrueMee, Michelle and the gang all made outfits. (more info here) some silly quickie photos. more later.

I've had this wig for over 4 years and finally used tonight as an excuse to wear it. I got it at Tokyo Hands. It made me laugh so hard in the store that I lugged it all the way back from Japan. <3

My tokko-fuku is from Pro League. I've wanted one for a long time. Debated making one,... bought fabric, years later, still hadn't made it. So yay, finally got one! I'm going to find very silly excuses to wear this once I'm done with it. I'll just be like randomly walking around a con with a hot pink jacket. Or I'll just be at work sitting in it. It is SO HOT PINK that you can see it from SPACE.
Amusingly, it's from one of their men's lines. It came plain, though you can order custom embroidery from them... but I wanted to do it myself.

back embroidery
done in 1 day. booya. (... in fact, I was embroidering while I was getting dressed... the machine was going all day, basically. thankfully for the bigger designs, you can mostly just leave it and come back.) It consists of 3 embroidery files, the large cherry blossom branch, the fish and a small cherry blossom cluster. I repeatedly used the small file. Later I want to add some kanji, more cherry blossoms... and all kinds of silly things.

O_O how much does a embroidery machine like that cost? Can u make custom quote shirts? Soooooo pretty.

you can do shirts, but it's harder to do stretchy fabrics
