WIP commissions for Robin, Nikki, Meiki, Starlollie and Hikarichan

None of these are complete yet, but this is what I did at Comic-con. :) I still need to add some white highlights and color them. I hope to do that next week. (I don't have time this week with comiccon...)

Hope you guys like them! It was really fun to work on these while I was at my booth.
All of these are inked, so I can't make changes at this point, sorry!

Robin : Cassidy Maiko (multi-ethnic facial, fall-based colors and kanzashi)

COSTUME COLLEGE THIS WEEKEND! (what?)

haha... so in all the hullaballoo lately, I forgot which LIMITED classes for Costume College I got approved (and paid for.) In fact, I almost forgot that Costume College was this weekend at all! (oh my god, is it almost August already?!) (Does anyone know how I can call Costume College or something and find out?)

Other classes I'm thinking about maybe attending:
Friday
9 am - Modern Bustier Draping OR 18th Century Wig Styling
1 pm 18th century ribbon trims
3 pm scallops upon scallops

Saturday
9 am - draping 18th century
1 pm - Construction of 17th-18th century high heels (YAY)

Sunday
9 am - Ladies Hats of the 18th century
1 am - where'd you get that trim
2 pm - 18th century fop

Judy's coming in late tonight. Saturday for the Time Traveler's Gala "Le Petit Trianon" I'll be wearing a modified version of my Lia Chevalier costume. I think maybe I'll make a mask, ala Marie Antoinette's masked ball. Sunday I'll be wearing corset and my loli bloomers for "Sundie Undies". ... and I guess at some point I'll wear my Doctor Who/Steampunk. (I guess I should go find all my stuff, huh? I hope I can find it! my place is kinda a wreck after moving)

Any meetups or things I should know about? :)

waaah, yeah I cant go to royal/t. there's a costume ball sat night at CC, so

if you use scary korean erasers it's easy enough to erase, but I just like red better than blue for some reason. no real reason.

Yay Aimee, I'll get a chance to meet you in real life!

Here are some of the other meet ups parties going on:

Fri 8pm - GBACG Meetup @ hotel bar (greater Bay Area Costumers Guild) lots of pink drinks and you don't have to be a member

There is nearly ALWAYS at least one after party after the Gala somewhere, so keep you eye peeled or when in doubt head to the bar.

There is supposed to be a doll meet up in the bar after the tea on Sunday (about 4pm)

I think the program as some "learning circles" scheduled - steampunk and firefly come to mind. These are casual meetups in the lobby area.
