The "old me" was slain and I was reborn (BTSSB parasol and jewelry)

I opened my package from BTSSB today and, silly me, I seriously almost cried at how pretty the stuff was inside. Everything about them fills me with glee. Oh, BABY, I love you! I'm so looking forward to the store opening in SF next month!


... I've been wanting a pagoda parasol like this for YEARS. I also got a folding parasol for when I travel (cause the full-size suckers do NOT fit in luggage.)

I keep thinking that I am going to "get over" lolita fashion, and I have been enjoying more styles lately... but stuff like this will always slay me, I think.

That parasol is seriously fantastic. I have been making due with some Chinatown parasols including a black and white dot Hello Kitty one.

But that BTSSB is ! You so lucky that your getting the Baby store out there. I will have to make a trip there next time I'm in CA.
We are supposed to be getting Angelic Pretty stuff in a NYC store soon.

And why would you want to get over Lolita? I swear my Lolita wardrobe has doubled recently, and it is just so much fun to wear the stuff.

Those are the two items I thought I'd keel over for... the gingham plastic bows, especially with the scalloped edging.. sssso cute!

Plus, the pagoda umbrella is a steal for what Baby is charging. I feel like whenever I've seen one that is offbrand it is still double the price or more.
