dude thats awesome 100/million times better then my attempts at repainting guns.

but basically, automotive primer for the base, then plastic-friendly brown paint after that, then rub on fingers over raised areas with gold paint.

The way people seem to like getting Nerf guns to mod them as "steampunk," they should just come out with their own line of steamguns. Victoria bought that very same model for the same purpose, last year. XD

mostly repainted, but I added the clock face and some gears, etc. :)
also, I cut "battle damage" into it.
