JUST FYI: MORE DANCING TARDIS

Today's tea: Lupicia's CAROL (from Annie!)
It's a sweet yummy strawberry vanilla tea with rose petals! I think I might have to get some Monte Cristo for the name alone... plus it looks yummy. I'd like some sweet oolongs, too... I ran myself out of my almond and peach oolongs.

--- FALL RTW-----

I liked so much stuff from this Erin Fetherston Fall Ready To Wear that I had a hard time limiting my favorites! I'm looking forward to using some of this as inspiration in my own outfits.

For example, wearing the tailored jacket with a sweet-lolita style skirt. two of my favorite things brought together! I love the little bit of toy/military/circus feeling going on with these.

mostly didn't like Miss 60... but did like these!

love this from Hiroko Koshino.

Cynthia Rowley Fall
yeah, rock that blazer/boyfriend jacket with the loli skirt!

some fun primaries from Chris Benz

Oscar de la Renta ... love the big hair, the bit of Jackie O and the bit of Barbie.

YES PLEASE. OH MY GOD LOVE. G-Star

I love Lupicia to pieces! Sniffing everything in their store is a wonderful experience, too.

P. S. That first de la Renta dress is deliciously Sophia Loren, I think.

I am so horrified by that stupid new law.
It is so terrifying, it doesn't even seem real.
What future are we walking into? :(

I'm so sad right now, and wishing I could afford to rescue as many books as possible.

My roommate is smart and looked the book/lead thing up on Snopes!

Not true, thank goodness!

I'm so glad that I told her about it so she would think to look it up, because it didn't even occur to me. ^_^;;

Glad you like the tea! I have the Decaf Carol because I needed a good tea to drink in the evenings before bed without staying up too late and I love the smell of that Carol/Decaf Carol. Also Lupicia's Super Momo Oolong is really really awesome.

OMG Those clothes are awesome. I love the drama and big dresses of Oscar de la Renta (Gah super expensive of course) but G-Star is a clear winner right there :D

I'm quite the fan of the coats with their layering and button and belt detail. The Hiroko Koshino pieces that you displayed really catch the eye with their cut and fit (I love the jacket!) - I am a bit disappointed though that such an interesting looking print is lost in the pleating of the last dress piece. How the pleating was handled was gorgeous and showed off a great bit of tailoring but the print at the top of the back pleating feels sadly lost. (its also been a while since I've seen a fish-tail braid!)

One thing I had to add is the last dress in the Oscar de la Renta line-up you've made is simply lucious with its fullness and espresso coffee colours.

I think the pleats in the back are GOR-GEOUS, however, probably would have been better to design the image on them to look best while pleated (and also work unpleated).
