Just as a reminder, (I know, I know)... but seriously, every sale helps me make more books. I love to make books. Making Japan Ai (and the work I've been doing on my next book) is some of the most rewarding stuff I've done in a while. I want to keep doing it. Wow, Aimee! That's fantastic news! And allow me to say that I bought the book as a present, proud to know I was friends with the author but admittedly clumping it under "girl stuff I wouldn't get", but I wound up "thumbing through a few pages" and before I knew it, I'd read it cover to cover and really enjoyed it! (Pretend I posted this like a billion years ago when it actually happened and I meant to tell you this) You deserve the recognition.

that's awesome, Jack! My cousin ( a guy) also had a similar reaction, I think that's cool. I love pink and I love how the cover turned out, but you know, people do assume it's for girls only... but it's really not, right? geek-e-ness is above gender lines!
