I haven't seen any season 4 Dr. Who yet, so my only exposure to Donna has been that xmas special where she was getting married. I found her really grating in that ep, so I look forward to s4 with some trepidation.

I didn't care for her much in the xmas ep, either, but I find her really growing on me. She has a lot more depth and heart in series 4 once you get used to her.

I really like that she's an "everywoman" (whereas martha is hot and smart and such). Give Donna a chance. :) She can be really heartwarming and funny and gives the DR a good kick in the pants when needed.

totally OT(my two best friends LOVE Dr. Who tho and one has a Ten doll and one has a Rose doll respectively... and both their machina are Tardis!)... I was down in the fabric district today and they had this adorable fabric at Michael Levin's and I thought of you. XD;; It was little black kitties playing on musical notes. And the color bar on the selvage was done with strawberries.

oh! have you seen the new buses with Diary of a Call Girl stuff on the side? XD;; It's like "OMG! I saw rose's knickers!"

oh man, that fabric sounds amazing!!! I hope I have time to go to Levines next week! I haven't seen Call Girl yet, but I have seen some pics and billboards. I had the same reaction! when I first saw Rose in DRWHO, I thought she was cute, but definitely not HOT,... in call girl it's like "WHAT?!"

Hi Aimee,

If you've tried reading the IDW series, you'll see what I mean o~O! IDW hired a different artist to work on every single comic, even in the same story arc, so things are a bit difficult to follow (and the release schedule is erratic and far behind). I wish you were doing IDW's Doctor Who comic instead ;(!

I actually just started watching Dr Who out of order, really out of order on the sci fi channel and on you tube. I've only seen most of season four and three episodes with rose, and the christmas special with Donna. Since I am watching it out of order I loved the Christmas special because I already liked Donna from all the season four episodes. You made me laugh because that is absolutely her! =) Thanks!

I guess I should go back to the beginning with the ninth doctor. =)
