I went with Crisso, Derek, Jenny, diavana, iamchubbybunny and yume-ninja and company to the Dr. Horrible/The Guild Charity Sing-A-Long Screening. It was rad. Everyone got really into it and tons of people were in costume. We had Bad Horse finger puppets.
Joss Whedon, Felicia Day and Nathan Fillion showed up! (squeee! MAL!!!) .... Also, I didn't know that there was going to be a Firefly/Serenity convention next month in Burbank. I'm so exhausted and poor from Oct, but it seems a shame not to go considering it's right down the street from me. We'll see. (Gina Torres, Adam Baldwin, Ron Glass, Jewel Staite and Summer Glau will be there)

ggg ggg gggh... Look at these costumes from The Secret of Moonacre! (thanks padawansguide!) GORGEOUS!
I'm irked that I didn't realize The Duchess was playing at the Arclight (with costumes on display). That would have been a nice inspiration for starting my Robe à la Française. (which I finally uncovered the location of the patterns for in my garage! JOY!)

anyway, tonight we're going to the Magic Castle. And then next week there will be lots of lazing about.

I've been meaning to ask this, not sure if I have before. Do you still like Clinique Happy? I have a nearly full bottle of it, and a sample I will probably pour in... you can have it if you want. My mom bought it for me ages ago, and I can't see myself ever using it. It's the orange kind.
