blah, I'll try and do some more rough poses later. the hands on knees pose I'm kinda happy with, the others, I'm not. I want one good one to try and finish.

Maybe I'll watch some kungfu action flics later today.

Haha yesterday, I was playing Street Fighter on the SUPER NINTENDO! (YAY OLD SHCOOL!)
As Chun Li, I beat everyone <3 (oh my competitive side came out XD)

This is pretty cool! I don't see her often. I like how you use red lines, I met someone who also did that and told me it trains you to draw things more permanent without making a lot of changes or something like that.

I just prefer using read over blue. I find when I erase it, the remains in red are more pleasing to me, too, than blue remains. Some of them end up showing in the final color, usually.... and that's ok with me. If I drew in graphite for the rough sketch, the remains would be unaccpetable to me when I erase. I press pretty hard, so it never erases completely, but that gives me a good underdrawing and keeps the energy.
