ALKJLK I hate drawing backgrounds. can you tell? Don't answer that. :P :P ignore the wonky tardis wall-thingies. :P :P
but I've wanted to do a couple casual inside-the-console-room drawings for a while. I finally printed out some ref this morning so I could do it.

I change my desktop a lot, but right now, this one, due to all the black and the clean lines is soothing to me. It's YUUKO from XXHoLic

Don't think I won't be sitting impatiently in front of my computer tomorrow morning, waiting for the episode to be uploaded. It's sad that my Saturdays revolve around a tv show. Or maybe not. I guess it's pretty much universally acknowledged that the Doctor is awesome. I hope you don't have to wait too long to watch!

howdy howdy! Thank you so much! It generally takes me a while to get the hang of drawing someone's face so that it "feels like them". I'm not sure if I have it yet, but I'll keep working on it.
I've done a couple with Donna, none very realistic, though. I've tried drawing her more realistic (I didn't post those), but I don't quite have the gist of her yet, I think.

Since you're a big fan of Rose, you'll appreciate this video. The song in it was written by Geoff Smith and is titled "Rose" about Rose from Doctor Who with edited clips from the show. It fits the character of Rose well.

it's not furniture, really,... it's bolted down like a captain's chair. :) it's in most episodes of the new seasons (since 9 at least)

I guess I never really noticed that, D'OH X(! The console room is so complicated now compared to the old days. The Doctor really had no chairs or anything else in the room (i.e. the console room's 'other' background setting).
