PublishersWeekly interview with me regarding Japan Ai



I'm finally done with both heirloom dresses!
The sleeves and middle of yoke were embroidered on my machine... then all the laces, etc, laboriously joined and then constructed into a dress. The joining of the lace and the ladder laces... it takes a long time and the seams are super tiny (1/8!!). *_* The pink and white fabrics are swiss batiste. I'm really happy with how they turned out! I still need to add the ribbons to both dresses (they lace through the beaded lace) I still have a lot to learn, but it's pretty good for a first try, right? :)
