fuzzy jasmine pearl tea
Jul. 10th, 2007 07:51 pm(please see previous two posts for preorders for Comic-Con and tshirts!)
So, I bought some tea for some of my friends and tried some myself! I really need to get proper tea gear and learn more about water temp and times... but for now at work, I have a very low tech little filter and my My Melody tea cup.
The tea is "Jasmine Downy Pearls" from http://www.mightyleaf.com/. :) it looks like this before you put it in the water... like little cottony fuzzy pearls! Then once the water loosens it, it uncurls like a flower showing mossy green leaves. (the tea itself is a nice amber color and kinda tastes like honey suckle. :)
