Anime Expo 2007 and the 4th

I'm now watching L Chevalier D Eon and Code Geass obsessively. and yeay! today I'm not sick!

------------ANIME EXPO------------

This is my morning glory yukata! :) I'm going to wear this for Tanabata, too. (I also wore a red and pink crysanthemum one too, but I forgot to get photos) ... Photos of my maiko outfit later (Thanks SHO!)


Isn't Char the cutest Simca ever? Regretably my camera setting made this photo dark. But we were at the fountains at about sunset. It was so lovely! The breeze was really nice too.
I got to AX late afternoon and spent the time chatting with Char. We had dinner.


Later I went out with Christy and met some new friends! we stayed out chatting+drinks. YEAY!
the escalator bit me. YEAY!
The next day AJ, Judy and I got all Trinity-Blooded out with baggy eyes, and then I got into loli and did my panels. Later in the day a lot of us got together to have dinner (at a fabulous Latin restuarant with Salsa dancers!) and of course silliness resulted. I love my babes!

Sunday ( my last day) I got into Maiko gear... and then later yukata to watch the masq with Char. Throughout the con I saw people I hadn't seen for a long time, so it was great!

------------So for the 4th,------------
Mitch and I worked out and then we went to see Die Hard, which both of us loved. I love movies with real heroes in them. I felt all energized after seeing. Rockon, Bruce, Love, Aimee.
Then we went to Curry Club in Torrance and I got special sweets from Minamotokichoan. My new favorite is Kurimanju. There's another frothy green tea one that I like too, I forget what it's called.
(DID I MENTION DIE HARD?!ALKJDLKJD DIE HARD)

I have all of the Die Hard movies cued up on Netflix so that I can SHARE THE GLORY with Kira before we go see the newest one in the theater . . . heeee!! ^_^
