so lately I've been thinking a lot about kindness and cruelty, ... really your identity should be yours regardless of what people call you or how they treat you. Just because someone calls you a bad name or treats you badly, doesn't mean that you are less valuable or that you are the bad name they call you.
Your identity is how you act and how you treat others (in many ways.) and I'm also very grateful lately for true friends and for random acts of kindness... and with these thoughts, I think I've found my crux for Cinderella.

I will not bore you with more thinking, but instead, drawings!

Just a thought ... a book I recommend that has a good theme on the contrast of kindness/cruelty is "Memoirs of a Geisha." Although I had to admit the author's depiction of a geisha is completely off... still a good read nonetheless. ^_^

I've read it and enjoyed it,... actually many of the things in his book are accurate, even though it's fictional.

Go to Murano! It is one of the most charming villages I have ever visited. Pity it was raining when I went there ¬x¬ (but I found it pretty nonetheless, haha ^^;;; )

Oh the island of Murano is so awesome, I visited it during my Venice trip. Take some extra cash if you get to go there, some of the (world-famous) glass-art they sell will be very tempting. I bought a fish figurine there ^.^
