still can't get sugar rune on my ipod.

I am trying to convert this anime, Sugar Sugar Rune:
http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/715.html (torrent downloads here)
for use with my video ipod. they are "mp4" files.

When I play the normal files in itunes, without trying anything, I get audio but no video. When I say "convert for ipod" I still get the same result.

iSquint didn't work. (still audio with no video)

with viddyup, this is the error I get:

I'm not sure what else to try? most of my other movie files seem to convert quite easily...

I use a mac, so I would need a mac-compatible program

You could try the latest version of Quicktime. Quicktime 7.1.5.

Also, .mp4 files video iPod-compatible files, .m4v for native files for video iPod. So you could try to convert them to .m4v instead of .mp4.
