I'm currently on my second order from BtSSB. The first order took them a week and a half to respond to me. This time they responded that nite. Have you actually placed the order or waiting for a response?

I'm now officially in the "have paid for it" stage. I emailed them on Sunday, and I heard back from them early yesterday (and I paid immediately...) I'm really hoping the stuff will come in by PMX

I can't remember how they ship internationally. If they use EMS it should be here in time. Did your payment go through yesterday or is the bank doing it today? I paid yesterday too but my bank couldn't do the transfer until today. I read they're closed Saturday and Sunday. So I may not get my stuff in time for PMX but I'm only going for an egl interview and photos. Hopefully even if they send the stuff Monday. I'm being optimistic since their Monday is our Sunday and it generally takes about 3-4 days for shipping.

oooo spiffy! who's interviewing you? :D

the money left my account on the 25th... whether that means that BTSSB actually GOT it yet...? I don't know *_____*... this one time I did a bank transfer and it took like 10 days for it to actually post in the account (it was a Korean bank... I dont know if it's easier to transfer to Japanese ones or not...)

waaagggh can I just say one more time how fucking cute that swan print dress is? I wish I could get it! (in black!!) but they are sold out so I'm not even tempted to try and get it on the small small chance it might fit me (I dont think it would)

BTSSB ships EMS.

Not sure XD Its some kind of cosplay dvd or something. I dunno. Jenny reccommended me and they liked my stuff.

I tried ordering the dress but they were completely sold out of them all. I'm bidding on a blue version of the skirt on Yahoo Auctions Japan right now. I've been a fan of the skirts. Much easier to incorperate into regular wear. I was gonna get the black version cuz its so stunning but I realized all my egl clothing is dark. Decided to change things up.

yeah really all of the colors are wonderful! I might break down eventually and try to get one of the skirts (it seems like they would be the easiest for me to enlarge slightly?) I dunno. You're a better seamstress than me so you'd know better!

also, you have a good point there, I've been wanting to encorporate more loli style stuff into my regular wardrobe *_*

It should be pretty easy to enlarge a skirt. I haven't had to yet. I planned on doing so with one of the BtSSB skirts I loved. Turns out it had elastic in the back and fit. I'd assume all it would require is removing the waistband and gathering it to a new one. If you decide to alter a skirt I'll help you out ^.^

I've done rather good actually wearing loli clothing. I've spent so much on it I can't see not wearing it. I haven't been able to get the guts to wear petticoats yet tho. This is the only time I've been able to casually wear a petticoat. And its not loli at all XD

That's really sweet of you to offer, seriously, I appreciate it!

I wonder if I could get away with wearing something like this (a) casually and (b) if it would be hard to alter.
it says the max I think is 64 cm... my waist is 71 cm *_*

hrm, so, do you think that color effects how casual you can make something?

I was thinking that the dress you wore last night, you know how they have a skirt version? It seems to me like the black (the same color you were wearing) almost would work easier doubling as a casual every day skirt, than the pale pink or pale blue ones. What do you think? Could something like that work? or is that pushing it?

I also wonder if stuff like this could be casual:

I was replying and then I supidly closed the window. yay for me! A winner is me!

The Alice print black will work fine as a casual skirt. I think the darker pink one can work too but the black print just jumps out to me more. I think what it is in that specific print is the lighter colors seem too young. Remind me too much of baby colors.

The first three skirts remind me of Anthropologie. Should have a pretty easy time casualing them. Solid colors are always a safe bet for casual. The last BtSSB skirt is just freaking cute. I've had my eye on that one too. Its a great summer print. I think the one that'll be the hardest to dress down will be the floral BtSSB. For a toned down look it'll work best with a not too frilly cream short sleeved blouse or a matching cardigan.

As a quick note on casual. Solid colors and odd prints bring a very American casual look and are the easiest to work with. Floral prints bring more of an American "formal" look. Formal being dressed up but not unreasonably so. Casual dressed up? XD

Anyhow let me know if you order from BtSSB or Innocent World. We can split all the fees and save some cash.

I figured out the floral skirt. A cutsew! XD I didn't realize it till after I posted the comment and I'm recovering from the flu so I was too lazy to post it. :P

Something like this would make a cute casual outfit.

man, you're right! that would work, probably not for like "work" but it would work for going out on the weekends or "out" with friends, huH?

I definitely would love to order with you. I have to save my money up a little though so that I can warrant the order. I want to get a few cutsews and at least one skirt.
