apparently I just had to reset the modem. MY computer works. Mitch's computer after two lengthy tries (on separate days) by the saint whose worldly name is Rob, still doesn't work.

We're going to try again later.
but at least I have net access. I'm such a bozo. cel phone will work soon, was a dud battery. VW headlights and dashlights apparently ALWAYS worked correctly, I just wasnt pushing the right buttons. there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my car. Further proof that I am a twit.

Saw star wars, really liked it, but have a feeling that just really liked some of the scenes and not nessesarily the movie as a "whole". That being said, my friend Derek has been finagled into building me a lightsaber. a friggin COOL lightsaber. you will all be jealous. oh yes. gonna design the hilt myself (I hope).

anyone know how to make a long flexible flesh-like tooby-tentacle head-peice thing? I was thinking liquid latex coated on something. hrm. must do further research.

saw another movie too. wont tell you which one though. heh.

roughed pages 6 and 7 on big paper, and.. *gasp* I actually kinda like them. this comic stuff is starting to be slightly fun. wow. They're almost tied down too. I should be able to be totally done inking them maybe tomorrow or tues. I still need to finish inking 5 though, but I feel like I'm starting to get on top of things. plus the next few pages are gonna be fun. much ass kicking and snarling. WOO! carnage! :D! sortof. heh. and then angst. whee! :D should be able to have more fun with it since it has more action, if I can just keep myself (or start myself) thinking more cinematographically it should be cool. (ugh. tired. can't think. word forming failing...)

to my knowledge I have mailed out pretty much everything I was supposed to mail. so that's cool.

got the Chris Bachalo Catwoman comic. need to wash the cats again. will call vet on monday if I remember or feel like it.

I really need to scan some photos of my friend crisso's arwen costume, its so totally AWESOME. I feel like a fangirl. hehe.

um yeah, so I guess I'll go to bed, but I hate sleeping alone.
PS. Lilo and Stitch is going to be nifty.

Thanks! We're actually really proud of the belts. I'm glad you noticed. :) We made them completely from scratch, starting with a big ol' sheet of tanning leather. The only parts on them that we didn't fabricate in some way are the buckles. But we searched a lot of different shops for those buckles! ;)

Thanks again for the kind praise! :)

yeah, actually, those belts look difficult to make, and is one thing I really dig about the "traditional garb". that's so awesome that you made them from scratch!
