now apparently we have some sort of large water leak that is costing us a TON each month.

add that on top of our regularly flouding washing machine and all the other repairs.
next time we buy a house we are buying a new house. I can't take this stress right now. do I like the house? yes, its very charming... but I am so stressed out. at this point I'm wondering what the next thing to fall apart will be.

oh and I dont have a job. so that doesnt exactly help.
