According to my hazy memory (i did a lot of forehead pushups in this class)it was Raphael who died early on in his late thirties. Michelangelo lived to be the cranky old age of 90, around the time he was doing all these weird Mannerist sculptures and The Last Judgement. Da Vinci had some years on him too.....but I was zonked through most of the early Rennasiance. ;)
