On the condo situation, and selling stuff. I'd bid on several items but I'm stuck in the same boat. My boss hasnt paid me the moolah he owes me and its been well over a month since I finished the project (le grr)

Hmm... very cute :)

You know, Aimee, I bet you would do VERY well putting up auctions on Furbid. It's completely free to use, and you would have a ready market of furry and animation fans there, because your name is so well known in the community. I've done pretty well that way... my commissions sell pretty fast, as well as prints of my work, and I'm nowhere near the caliber you are... so check it out :)

tell you what... I might give it a shot. I did try it a while back and didn't seem to be too successful.

Well at the very least, it won't cost much to test the waters.
Furbidders do tend to prefer the yiff, but I've seen quite a few general audience pieces go for nice amounts. =^_^=

yeah, I'm a bit turned off by the amount of yiffy stuff there, to tell the truth.

but how much has a non-yiff picture gone for there? I don't see anything for higher than 30.

It depends on who the artist is putting it up. Dark Natasha, Terri Smith, Michelle Light, Oakpaw... very popular... they can pull some decent bids. I can't think of a range off the top of my head. It's probably best just to put something up that you'd be willing to take a minimum bid for, and see how it goes.
