You're lucky to have all those heirlooms from your grandmum, when mine passed everything stayed where it was because my grandfather got remarried and his new wife wanted all the nicknacks lol. It's okay tho, I don't have a house yet so I have no place to put the giant grandfather clock I've wanted since I was 5 X_X
Also as for 2 I'd guess c. I'd be a lazy slob, so I'm not sure how civilized that would be, but no pooping on the ground for me.
