the drive up to San Fran (about 5 1/2 hour drive one way. So I drove up on Tues and drove back on Wed.)

outfit (Hello Kitty shirt from Forever21, skirt and necklace from BABY)

the dress I bought (last of that for a long time! I need to sell some things!)
I've wanted one of this cut for a long time (very similar to the MA JSK from a while back...) It has really wide shoulder straps, too... so you can wear it without a blouse more easily, great for summer! ... also, I keep admiring people's coordinates with offwhite princessy dresses... so I tried this on, I was surprised how much I liked it on. It's not too sweet, it's perfect!

WINDY!

I brake for crepes

Books I bought at New People and Kinokuniya
I've been buying less of GLB and Kera lately, but these two issues specifically had photoshoots and great coords that I liked. (Loved the hairstyle in this GLB! lots of extension work!)
The little colorful book is "colorful" Paris apartments. I couldn't resist it. I loved the creative rainbow bollywood colors in some of the apartments.

getting slightly lost

Driving to The Sutro Baths

the cliffs opposite the bath ruins

I love the ocean soooooo much!

This is the point, after years, that I figured out how to take a timed photo with my camera. lol. Beware.

The bath ruins (love the cloud reflection in the pool)
Thanks for the rec, Tony, I really enjoyed it. It was really interesting, totally gorgeous and very peaceful.

nasturtiums!

There was a creepy cave with flood pools. Of course, I went in.

Goonies Never Say Die.

random totem pole?

random windmill!

drive home

All in all, good trip and I'm glad I went even though it was a bit "crazy". I like being by myself and exploring sometimes, and I got to see Judy and Tony! :)

You should have gone to Belly Good Crepes for your crepe!
They're soo much better and the guy who owns it [Shinji] is great.
They made my crepe into a bear!

It occurred to me, you'd probably know: are there "Hello Kitty" bedsheets available in California somewhere?
