Derek taught Mitch and I to "hustle" yesterday. It's actually pretty fun and not as hard as I thought! Makes me wonder about going to a basic dance get-together or something. As long as it wasn't really knee intensive, or crazy,,... I could do it, and get a good cardio workout, huh? Something to think about anyway. I got to dip Crisso! HO HO HO.

<--- This is how I feel about my knees this past week. ha ha. I think it's gettin better though. Cheryll made this emo-drop for me a while back for a Sakura Taisen skit we did. and it has lots of uses I will love it forever!

Yeah, the Hustle is VERY easy (and fun!!!) I feel old, because I learned it in the 70's!!! I was still in grade school, but still .........

I want a teardrop now. It'd be so handy to have a series of those to hold up to my fellow workers to let them know how I'm feeling. LOL.
