Cakes and Seagulls

I can't get enough of my Meta sweets skirt or my mom's leather biker jacket. Jason (who is a doll) got photographic evidence of my growing problem. I totally want to trace the pattern from it and make like 50 obnoxious skirts with various sweets. It's just the right length.

My parents like to go riding around in the mountains, (my brother used to do dirt-bikes, too. :P ) but Mom has more complex gear now I guess, so she doesn't really need the leather jacket, which is great for me because, you know, I'm totally a hardcore biker. :P :P (it's cute with sweets skirts!!!)



Crisso and I went to Santa Monica yesterday.
We just walked around, chatted, looked at the seagulls and ate cakes at Jin Patisserie.


Speaking of cute cakes, I saw these at the grocery store the other day! They are rose cakes! Aren't they adorable?

Also, there were two guys with makeup on (wearing casual normal man clothes, but makeup!) that made me do a double-take. I thought it was just a kindof manly woman for a second! and then the guys notices me staring and looks back at me like "Yeah, baby, I saw you lookin'." (dude! I didn't think you were hot, I thought you were a WOMAN!).....

and then right after that we saw this on top of a Long's Drugs.
Why. I know he's going to haunt me in my dreams tonight.

Y'know, in a world of depressed and depressing LJ entries, yours are a real pleasure to see. You've always got some kind of "This is COOL!" thing going on, it always reassures me that there are in fact happy people in the world.

Also for some reason I think really big super-teased out hair would look absolutely adorable with that outfit...but this is coming from someone with no taste and bad hair, so you can take that notion with a grain of salt.

I usually blow dry my head upside down, straighten it, tease just the roots a bit and then straighten it again...but thats horrible for your hair so there's got to be a better way. I've given up my hair it's so fried it doesnt matter what I do to it anymore lol
