Japan Ai: A Tall Girl's Adventures in Japan is now listed on Amazon! You can see the cover too (the cover, btw, is non-final, but it's close to what the final is.)
I'm very excited to have this up! It will also be available in bookstores, too. The best place for you to order it is through http://gocomi.com/ when it is released in Dec. But they don't have a preorder. and really, any way you order it will be appreciated. :) thanks!

I will be attending MikomiCon this coming weekend My panel about Japan Ai will be Friday evening at 8 pm. I appologize for the time, I was slated for a Saturday afternoon time, but I have a conflict (Mitch and I are going to opening night at the opera! )
I believe that is the right time (fri at 8) but check back with the con schedule to make sure.

LASTLY,... this is the last postcard from my book! Later I'll be posting more pages from the book later... anyway, enjoy this last peek for a while!
Part of the book is about going to Harajuku and cosplaying. I have been cosplaying (costume play) since about 2001. Through the hobby, I met some girls who would become my costuming accomplices, and also very close friends. We ended up going to Japan together.
In the picture, what we are cosplaying, left to right, is Hand Maid May, Utena and Starfire (from Teen Titans).
