Vogue Oct 07 photoshoot YUM, in so many ways.

Mitch and I had a date tonight. It was lovely. I cheated on my diet and had a glass of Clos du Bois. My husband looks hot in a suit. XD
other nice things about today: I'm slightly ahead at work. Today, there were clouds in the sky and the most amazing breeze. I'm greatly enjoying looking through books about Kyoto ryokan and little 300 year old stores selling mochi.

I'm going to be Belle for Halloween at Disneyland, which I've been wanting to go to FOREVER. those of you who know me well have some idea of how epic this is for me to finally make a Beauty and the Beast costume. haha... I'm doing her blue peasant gown, but I'm doing in inspired by the Broadway version. You can see my embroidery for Belle's apron in HCC Cosplay LJ Don't you think Mitch will be a riot as Gaston? :D I hope I can finish them in time.

waaaaaaaaaaa *tres jealous* XD You and Richi are doing Belle's blue outfit which is like...my uber childhood dream costume and character, haha. I can't even begin to describe the importance Belle was for me as a kid...it would illustrate for too easily what a freak of a child I was.

It was going to be hard enough stealing Richi's, but now another one? goodness. But you'll both be at Disneyland so I can get two dresses with one grand attack.

The Vogue photoshot is gorgeous, although I find the model a bit too skinny maybe XD

Your costume sure will look good! I wish you can finish them on time. She was a very important character in my childhood, Belle was :_D So I am really expecting to see yours!

Yeah I know what you mean though, Beauty and the Beast was a huge deal for me when it came out... it's the reason I'm an animator today actually, so you'd think I would have cosplayed it sooner.
