I thought the Count might look amusing in some sort of simple chibi-esque style, and that if he were drawn that way, he would need a mysterious floating tophat. Sorry it's not great, I couldn't find my tablet pen so this was mostly drawn with the pencil tool in photoshop. I hope he at least makes you smile.
