lace insertion

^_^ look what I did today! I shaped and inserted lace! When I'm done it's going to have pintucks and maybe some embroidery. maybe.

Seriously considering upgrading my sewing machine. The lady at the Viking gallery let me play with one of the Designer 1's... the sensor makes it so much easier to sew steadily and to get the right tension. It's SO EXPENSIVE THOUGH, I'd have to save for a long time. *____*

it's going to be a church doll (those hankercheif (sp?) dolls) It's just a little test thing really. but I like doing it, so I'll probably add this type of thing to doll dresses, and more importantly to blouses for myself. :) I think you could take a basic cap-sleeve blouse and add this sort of thing and have it be really pretty

try looking up lace shaping and insertion lace online... I apologize, it's hard for me to explain.
