must find garden...

I cant seem to find any really pretty gardens (or butterfly gardens!) in the southern california area... help? :(

I was thinking about this one in malibu... but it seems more wilderness (which might be ok).

I want to take my mom to something really pretty and she loves gardens.
(I've already taken her to Huntington. Descanso is nice, but I'd rather try some other place)

I've never been there myself, but I'm told the Huntington Gardens (http://www.google.com/maps?hl=en&q=huntington+gardens&near=Pasadena,+CA&ie=UTF8&z=13&om=1) are quite lovely.

it is gorgeous! unfortunately though, I took her there last time. If I can't find another one, I'll probably take her back.
