storyboards, making comic
Sep. 8th, 2006 07:55 amso, lately I've been doing storyboard revisions along with timing at work. (which basically is me taking the director's thumbnails or rough sketches and pretty-ing them up) Both are pretty fun, you know, as things go.
as to comics... how many pages is too many? I keep doing a drawing or two when I get some free time for my Japan sketchbook... and at this point I'm getting concerned that I may be doing TOO MANY (and I still have a somewhat large list left of topics to draw). I guess that's a good thing, I could always post one a day of the extras until I'm done with them. ha... I'll have to self-publish, at least to start, and it'll be black and white to keep the costs down.
but seriously, how many pages roughly would be good?
random question: what do you think about the format of this journal?
-- do you prefer the doll and costuming posts hiden away in separate journals as they are now?
-- do I talk about useless stuff here too much?
-- more art, less talk?
