Another Maiko photo

and buy my stuff on Ebay!

So, Mitch has this original 1974 Star Trek U.S.S. Enterprise playset by Mego, with as far as I can tell, all the original furniture, all the original character figures (with all their clothes and phasers, etc.) Only like one or two even have small paint rubs at all, most of them look pretty minty to me. It has the original box (which is old looking but still nice) but other than that, as I said really great condition. Mitch wants to sell it.

Where in the world can I find out what this is worth and the best way to sell it? If it's not worth anything, I think I'll just keep it cause you know, the Kirk and Spock figures are kinda hot.

Did some clicking, and in mint condition it is worth 300 dollars. In good condition, 100. So I'd aim for something between that in a first round on ebay :P
best way to sell it would probably be infiltrating some star trek fangroups (mailinglists on yahoo, website-guestbooks) and leaving a link to the set.

You could start by looking here? http://www.megomuseum.com/
eBay's probably the best place to sell, though.

Just a thought! For the Star Trek mego toys maybe you can try the Toyfare magazines and see what they are worth?
