Swans

So I really like this manga called Swan the art is kinda old school (think Rose of Versailles) But I think it's absolutely gorgeous. I love the multiple pose action drawings of the ballerinas, the facial expressions are heartbreaking, and it's also just a good read. Highly recommend! XD~

(and yeah, so I've been drawing ballerinas today to procrastinate and be useless)

You might love the Chinese little reader version of Swan lake too - it's so cute and old school (just like that comic). You might be able to find it for cheap at some Asian book store.

I think I might do some more of these, and put one on a shirt. :D Maybe I'll have people vote on it. I mean, selfishly I want a ballerina or a swan shirt for myself, so I might as well make more than one if people like it! I'm really flattered that you like it :D

Is the black swan girl's crown made out of an in-motion water drop?? Whether or not you'd intended it that way, it's a beautiful effect and I love it!! Her expression is just lovely, too.
