ok, so in about a week I've lost about 3 lbs. I did cardio about 3 or 4 times (not so great, but better than I normally do.) and MOST meals, I ate healthy and cut back on carbs and sugar. and no alcohol....

on Wed I had Teppan Grill with Sake (which includes rice and alcohol which are both on my no-no list) Sun and Sat I cheated some (pizza, curry rice, lemon drops, and a baked potato...) but other than that I was pretty good.. I almost think that cheating a little helps me "be good" the rest of the time.

I wonder if I do a little bit better this week, if I could keep it up? I was starting to get discouraged.... but 2 to 3 lbs a week is quite respectable.

I sent my order to BTSSB Sunday eve, I know that they aren't open on Sunday, but I'm SO IMPATIENT! I haven't heard back from them yet. I hope the shirt and dress fit me. (I chose the shirring shirt.) I'm desperate to get this stuff and see if it fits. OMGBBQ. what if it gets here by PMX?? that would be SO AWESOME.

It does help a lot to treat yourself so long as you're good most of the time because who can honestly go cold turkey with diets, you know? Plus you're exercising so double good for you :D
