white desserts?

aimeekittycan anyone help me think of some desserts that are white in color?
all I can think of is icecream, mochi, fondant, tiramisu (sortof)... a parfait? and white chocolate. I'm trying to think of ones that have one name (like truffle or mouse, etc.)
